From August 3 to August 13, additional city-wide activations for the annual event will occur at North Burleigh, Broadbeach Cultural Precinct, Gold Coast Botanical Gardens, HOTA, Home of the Arts, and Currumbin Valley. The second day is Shugorei. The music of Shugorei is a fantastic fusion of engrossing electronic production with the sensibility of modern classical music. The last performer is Claire Edwardes, a superb musician whose enthusiasm for music that features percussion is evident in every show she performs.
HEAVEN AND HELL – August 10 to 12
Beverly Kills (from RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under Season 2) is between “Heaven and Hell”, and she puts the dead in drop-dead gorgeous. Buckle up for a spectacular performance that is 100% DRAG and 100% humour, cabaret, and drag.
