Love live music? The Star Gold Coast is kickstarting spring with two huge live performances to catch on the first weekend of September.
Jimmy Barnes comes to The Star in Broadbeach on his brand new tour, Flesh and Blood, where he’ll be performing songs from his new album as well as tracks from his massive back catalogue. If you’re a fan of Barnes or Cold Chisel, don’t miss it on September 3.
And the following night, Hotel California The Eagles Experience takes over with their show-stopping tribute to the best-selling US rock band. As far as Eagles tributes go, The Eagles Experience is the most authentic Australia has to offer, not to be missed September 4.
Classic Car Show
At the Carrara Markets (not far from Broadbeach), marvel at a display of rare classic cars at this year’s Classic Car Show, coming especially for the Father’s Day weekend.
Rock ’n’ roll music, good vibes and classic cars including Caddys, Chevvys, Corvettes and more. It’s the perfect Father’s Day treat – FREE to attend, by the way – taking place on September 4 and September 5.
Crafted Festival Gold Coast
If you love craft beer, Crafted Beer & Cider Festival is back to kick off spring on the Gold Coast. In Kurrawa Park Broadbeach, Crafted Festival will bring over 250 unique brews to taste, complete with competitions, activities and a full music lineup on stage.
It’s got all the ingredients for a fun day in the sun with mates, tickets are available now for September 11.
